We use Buildium, which is an all inclusive property management software, they even have an app tenants can pay rent through.

The app is great. i also have a permanent code set up for my housekeeper.

If you don't have an answer on the app just type x and then you can talk it over when they call you.

For some reason the app didn't notify me of your reply.
