I tend to like Q&A type platforms and then learn that way.

Just the fact that you found this platform and are thinking about these hard questions means you're on a great path. 

I use a lease that I purchased from an affiliate (I forget the name) of TurboTenant, which is the platform I use to advertise my vacant properties. 

I hope this particular instance from my investment journey can serve as an inspiration and a guide for fellow investors on this platform, and I would welcome and greatly appreciate any feedback or comments.

I haven't been able to find a good comp that is pending, active or has sold in the last year.Looking for recommendations for a platform or resource I can use to be able to evaluate the listing price.

It is almost scary how clueless some of these people are and unfortunately they have a platform to share their bad ideas.

We have had some escrow servicer completely botch the process and other qho are able to work through a 20-30 location policy without a hitch.There are some newer master policies out there that are on updated software platforms that can handle this better.
