We have an application and the tenant is going to be getting housing assistance form catholic charities out of Wilmington DE.I'm told it's kind of like section 8 assistance but I'm looking for opinions of people who have worked with catholic charities.The good and the bad.

I'm getting some interest from Section 8 applicants, and after doing some research I'm getting conflicting information on if a tenant can cover the difference between market rent and their voucher amount.

What property management software do you all use to send applications, preform background checks, collect rent, etc. ?

Hospitals and cemeteries have great stores of Yin energy.

Since I haven't fully decided where to invest, I don't want to have to fill out multiple applications and credit checks.

Lets say search all properties where Incentives are applicable and it in opportunity zone.

Maybe your flipper did not store the drywall well. 

Once they drop by the applicant's home and snap some pictures and fill out your checklist, you send the payment. 

I am guessing where the money is stored needs to be easily liquidated in short order and not at risk of dropping in value.
