And how could we not mention the eviction moratorium that impacted thousands of rental properties during the pandemic whereas with STR rentals, yes you might have a horrible tenant but at least they'd be gone fairly quicklyOh, I believe another person had brought up the concept of a 1% conversation ratio (contacting a 100 owners and only 1 signing up) I'd argue that isn't that the same when looking for good properties to invest in?
