But get them and the family staying in the home both on the lease since the insurance is paying the rent, but the family is usually responsible for the deposit.

Also I am trying to hold onto it for the next 10 yrs at lease so if the 54321 offers me the lowest rate I would lean towards it.

I meet the appraiser there to walk them through the property, answer any questions and HAND them the folder with the above info. 

The experience of the housing provider is going to be the real challenge to getting you a set of keys to move in with...they have to qualify, pass inspection, sign a bunch of paperwork, and finally lease up and send everything into LMH.
