You can usually look online at local real estate agencies websites to view what is for sale in your area or get in touch with a local real estate agent who would be able to help.  

@JR Hinds I tried to check them out and I couldn't see them anywhere in the website that you provided.

All,I was approached about investing in a condo or home that's listed on the daily county foreclosure website.

If you only need basic info about active listings the MLS is fed to a variety of websites (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia) that are free and available to the public.There have been posts on this topic on BP in the past:https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/3387/24575-mls...

Our office is our smart phone and tablet.I executed a joint venture with Elite Real Estate Systems who provides agent websites and BoomTown (an unbelievably robust CRM/back end) along with leadgen.  

Once you get the names, look at the tax assessor's website to find the owner's address.

There's been many a post written on BP on hiring contractors and doing your due diligence, the least of which starts with going to the Contractors Board website for your state and seeing if they are indeed licensed, and bonded. 

But, as with everything don't lay all your eggs in 1 basket. try some other forms of advertisement, like Facebook, twitter, Instagram, craigslist, for example I don't have a lot of FB followers on my business page but, it get's me a lot of clicks to my website with a $5.00 boost campaign where I can collect data from buyers and sellers.
