But I know what kind of relationship you need to get one of those and what kind of net worth and provable income.. and its not just fico score. but you can work into those.. prior to the melt down I few more in the 50 to 100k range with WM and BOA one got called I have the other but never use it.good luck with it..

I would then vet them by checking references and asking for proof of prior work.I would even indirectly test the contractor, learn enough about fixing a home to ask a question that you know the answer to and ask them the question and see how they respond.If you have absolutely zero resources, someone on a podcast mentioned to go to your local home depot or lowes when they open and talk to some people there.

I just feel there's a lot of owners like this out there that don't look into these risks or situations prior to giving over a home or renting it themselves and end up blaming whoever they hired assuming it was a risk free business.

In Florida you have to either send a Notice of Non-Renewal by Certified MAIL or Post the notice on the door at least 60 days prior to end of lease.
