Get agents excited about your house....I can tell you what a lot of agents think about that compensation...and it is not a good thought.I can't tell from the pictures if the cabinets and some other items are purple or not.

These are just some items in my capex budget, roof 25 year life span, floors 10 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life, hvac 20 year life span, bath and kitchen remodel 20 year life span,etc.

@Guevara M. tenants don't really care about any of that except maybe an updated kitchen and some may like the lack of carpet, but understand if you do any of these items you are doing it for however long you plan to live in the house and it is not an investment. 2009 is not old for a rental in most places and tenants will see it as updated compared to most of your competition.

Other items are specific to each vehicle such as water clean out, Tire/window shades, etc.Quick non Parking list:Wheel/tire covers; Vehicle cover.Remove and store your tires.Store with a full fuel tank to prevent condensationAdd fuel stabilizersPlace RV completely off the ground to prevent flat spots on your tires, if left for a long time.Cover your HVAC, skylights, vents and windows to prevent exposure to sun and breakdown.Boats leave your plug out, whether covered or not.

I don't have a problem paying for work but it was my understanding that the added items were included, because anytime we asked for additional work to be done that was out of scope of the initial estimate, he always stated, he would need more money.

Mary Jay,An AC system has a high and low pressure side and 4 main parts to it. condensation builds up in the ac unit and the drain line is a pathway to let out that water in a proper manner away from the components or unwanted drainage in the wrong area.
