Personally, I am a real estate consultant in the Greater Kansas City Region.

For labor in my region I’d expect $50 an hour or less for a somewhat reliable handyman who’d do work similar quality to the work you had done, or $100 ish an hour for a true specialist to do a great job.

@Adi Oturkar southern and western regions of the state of MA are most definitely real estate goldmines — especially areas that are going through some kind of redevelopment.

I see that the highest rates are spacious/unique in places. 

My last 2 deals were from the MLS (Seattle region).  

This law is really nothing to be scared about. 1) it only applies to properties in the city limits (that is only about 1/3 of the county and about 15% of the entire regions population.

Sure ...one if my clients told me yesterday that I have created a unique investment strategy that works.
