I say RE hold less than 5 years to look at other options.  

Another option is to send the plans to a lumber yard like an 84 Lumber and ask them to price the material package for the project.

On top of, typically, higher vacancy as you wait for a qualified tenant to apply.  

Most property management software will have listing options for you.

I’ve seen properties advertised that the tenant is responsible for the HOA and it just screams cheap owner don’t rent hereLawncare - optional.

The only true way to price new construction is to design the basic plan, then price all the finishes from the least expensive to the most expensive options you would put in. 

He sent me the finance option which included my down payment of $2999.53 which I agreed to and then ask when should I cancel my current a time policy.

I other option but to make it work and there is no more a dangerous thing in this world than a mama trying to take care of her babies with nothing to lose so please help any direction is appreciated I don’t want a hand out I want an opportunity to show what I can do
