I don't believe Homepath will allow you to place another lien on the property for the down payment (I assume the personal loan will place a lien on the subject property).I don't want to discourage you, because you are smart to add real estate to your monthly revenue (very smart), but this seems like you have limited discretionary income to be financially comfortable in a high risk endeavor.

I am also fairly new but wanted to say Thank you for your service, endorse your great decision to join this community and wish you the best of prosperity in this endeavor.

Looking forward to meet all of our neighborhood members together to discuss our real estate endeavors future and build an empire for all of us for a better life us and family.

I may also consider occupying one of the units so that I can continue saving money for future endeavors.
