Peter Fokas Can I end a MTM tenant in NJ with no just cause?

First download the landlord tenant laws for your state,,Second I would give written proper notice of Non-renewal of lease that includes the notice to vacate by the end of the month so if you gave it now before BY June 29th, that would mean they would be out July 31.. and it would be proper notice,,I would mail a copy USPS, and Put a copy on the entry door, tape it right over the lock so you can tell it has been removed.A landlord does not have to give a reason for non-renewal.. just as a tenant does not have to give reason to non renew.
