Tiny homes?

A literal tiny house might be listed at 399 now, but that’s it.So while sure, there is softening on these bidding wars I think it’s directly related to a huge jump in price point late summer, but the market is still wild for the best best deals.

Plus these are the parks every broker is targeting; plus many motivated sellers of parks over 100 lots I would suspect have already been picked over by the big players due to the limited quantity of large-size parks. 

There was a very tiny 1/1 house on it that burned down many years ago and now the space is used for parking.

But it depends on one tiny metal gear tooth per tumbler, so unless the gears are made of something insanely hard but not brittle, they can be broken with the force method.So everyone has heard the same stories and seen the same videos as me, but no one has actually heard of a burglar forcing one?
