A lot of people don't like these parts of the city and I haven't figured out why because I've had no experience nor found any data to support these issues.

Do you Buy Rental Houses which usually do not support themselves because you need to Maintain and Manage them?

I don't want the bulk of the rental payments to be considered as my personal income, so I'd like to set up a structure and strategy to support that.  

Instead, I'm pitching, "This is Property A, and its value is supported by B, C, D, E and F.

I'm sure if we got some support it might help my case!
