Questions for Investors

Hello!

My company is currently looking for Investors out of our state and possibly out of our country! Realty Transition has multiple local Investors and we want to branch out. I am curious to hear from Investors everywhere about the things you look for while looking to invest in Real Estate.
My company is located in Taylor Michigan, Taylor is located in an area that Michiganders refer to as Downriver,  we pride ourselves in supporting the community so for the most part our projects are all out of this area. Is this something that as an Investor would encourage intrest in working with our company?
When looking to invest in properties what do you want laid out in front of you outside of the basics?
Are you looking for Property Management as well as a great investing opportunity? What do you look for in management companies? Do attend seminars and meetings?

When it comes to looking at Real Estate in different states or even different countries what are some difficulties you are having? What do you find most annoying while dealing with companies from out of state or the country?

I am looking for any input from any and all Investors, we are here to learn, educate, and expand our minds as well as our business.

Thank you in advance!
