I compared condo appreciation for the last 10-20 years and best case scenario I found is annual appreciation of 6-7% according to Redfin.Should I Hold or Sell?

My current situation does not support house hacking, but maybe I will be able to try it some time in the future. 

Suspended passive losses won't be realized till all properties sold. that's not a concern for lots of buy and hold landlords, I guess. paper loss year after year is common. 

And even if you could, the interest rate would be way higher than it is in the US.I've been a big supporter of international investing on BP and elsewhere but long term rentals outside North America generally make no sense, financially or otherwise.

I mainly plan to flip and hold rentals, but I ll also be wholesaling whatever deals don't work for me or I can't close on.
