The lowest priced policy may be worst use of your money if the coverage level is too low (in terms of limit but also in terms of what is covered). 

My DP3 insurance company is saying that if the insurance is purchased in the LLC then there will be no liability coverage or medical payment.

Also - get added to their insurance policy and review it to make sure it the correct type and coverage limits include an amount high enough to pay off at least your loan (if you are in the first lien position) or a total amount up to where your loan amount is (so combined first and second liens should be the minimum coverage for the structure you would accept).
