anyone recommend software or app for a real estate team?

From all the software platforms at the lower price point, I felt that Buildium had the most to offer. 

If it commercial you can submit the land plot detail to various retail and big business, most have real estate division.

No offense OP I appreciate what you're doing but if someone submitted an offer for one of my properties that included that "for any reason whatsoever" nonsense I wouldn't even respond.

I would submit to you to better understand how these service providers, or better yet lack of service providers affect your business.

And then I would keep a note that they still owed that and would withhold the late fee from their security deposit refund when they eventually move out.Lucky for me, most of my tenants pay online now so its real clear what date they submitted the payment and how much it was for.There's no argument about it.  

Does anyone know of or use a fairly simple architecture software program for remodeling projects/plans, etc? 

I think I am going to incorporate some sort of process where she has to submit a work order.

Is there a formula or software you use to run your numbers to make sure this deal is viable? 

This was a common issue I heard about from clients when I worked for a large property management software vendor and the problem intrigues me.
