He lives on the same street as the MTR, so if they don't want it, he can keep it at his place and take care of the car rental from there.

The problem is that the it is located 1 street away from the major police car route, which I wasn't aware at the time. 

Even more astounding—I got a call from a neighbor who owns a house across the street, about 50-75 yards away.

It can sometimes change drastically from street to street, and it's hard to learn that from google.

West Washington Street is a MAJOR East-West thoroughfare and stretches many miles on the West side of Indianapolis.

It's a somewhat unusual setting in that these duplexes are sitting on a block, that is very highly elevated from the street.

These seems to be a lack of street parking up front, which makes things difficult for retail facilities.
