The best advice I can give you is to network with the right people.

So, with lots of potential FS customers following and viewing this thread to see if it's for them, what would be your advice on how to best win and be profitable using a system like this or just your advice in general on flipping currently? 

My advice (which I am doing now) is offering lower offers on properties that have sat for a while (60-90 days +) and see.

My advice would be to read the Bigger Pockets’ book First to a Million (and the workbook).

In Colorado some of these guys up the price so much with their fees etc so just looking for tips, tricks and advice.
