Not to mention that jumping on a moving train gets you closer to your destination, sooner, than boarding a stopped train that is broken down and undergoing repairs.

My opinion is that most agent "certifications" are a waste of time for the agent & an additional profit center for the training companies & Board of Realtors.Finding investment knowledgeable agents can be a challenge.

Sounds more like asking opinions.I don't put much stock in a BPO, especially commercial properties, frankly the larger the project the more involved it can be and Realtor/Brokers aren't trained nor do they have the experience nor the qualifications, unless they have obtained such from other experiences.Say you have a small 140 unit high rise government owned that is subsidized housing (PHA) and it's being sold under a Mark-To-Market project, turned over to private ownership, it will take expertise and experience to take that on.

(office fee, technology fee,realot.com access for listing, etc)They have a great training program so I would have to take that into consideration but I have really been thinking about checking out some other brokers in the area before I made my final decision.
