Turns out the yard has a lot of broken glass (big and small pieces) and other dangerous small bits of garbage in the soil.

All this is in our contract .The origin of the customers funds are not of my concern , as long as we have 1/3 up front and the customer pays according to my draw schedule I am never at risk of losing a dime .Your relationship with your lender is between the 2 of you something you negotiated and has no bearing on my contract  .
