The property features 2 above grade stories and 1 below grade (finished basement with full bedroom and bath).  

Early 1900's can be a pain, but people invest in them all day long. 1950's bungalows are built like tanks,  1970's split levels can have wood siding or other features that aren't as desirable as an older house in a different setting (not wooded, for example) or they could be great. 

The features i was really looking forward to in Podio were: the tracking of email/sms with contactsthe ability to create contract pdf's quicklyautomated reminders and taskautomated drip campaigns with fully customization templates that pre-populateSo i started searching online and found someone on youtube who briefly mentioned about how he has his MojoSells account connected to his Podio account through Zapier and he only pays $10/month, because he really no longer uses Mojosells for cold calling anymore now that his SOI is large enough that he can follow-up with his SOI daily for referrals.

I wasn't aware of those features.

I am trying to use the "@mention" feature, but can't seem to do it correctly.  

However, the text, email, auto record features are great at documenting and saving any activity. 

GV has a feature that lets forward incoming calls to another number which I could use a setup number for the VA to see my responses from direct mail.

I have my own personal website which uses the internet access protocol from my local MLS (it's called IDX, and that is how the aggregators pull their data also) but is hosted by a third party, so the features are not anywhere near as robust as the large aggregators offerings.I believe Zillow is involved in some litigation with the State of Texas currently regarding their "Zestimate."
