We have a required air installation noise zone disclosure, but no disclosure requirement for annoying noise like nearby bars with music, shopping centers, kennels -- it's up to buyer to do their due diligence.

If you need one cheaper than 7% (I am assuming that this % is for both seller's and buyer's agent [as it is in our market although more like 5% or less] although many forget that) then shop around.
