Just something to keep in mind.Another option, you can use FHA instead of VA as long as you meet the criteria: (7) Military Personnel Eligibility (a) Standard Borrowers who are military personnel, who cannot physically reside in a Property because they are on Active Duty, are still considered owner occupants and are eligible for maximum financing if a Family Member of the Borrower will occupy the subject Property as their Principal Residence, or the Borrower intends to occupy the subject Property upon discharge from military service.

The loan servicers we work with all allow for "recasting," which means you can have your payment lowered without needing to refinance if you pay down the balance significantly... see if your personal home's loan servicer offers that, if needed.

Hello BPers, Can someone recommend a good rent recovery service that can help collect delinquent rents either through a collection agency or some other legal form.

Good post to think about though as some people might go for this and hire services to remove the ghost when they don't have to.

Service companies work long and hard to land clients so, assuming they pocket 10% ($100), is that worth potentially losing a client and a long term relationship?
