Recommendation for Rent Recovery Services
Hello BPers,
Can someone recommend a good rent recovery service that can help collect delinquent rents either through a collection agency or some other legal form. I have had a tenant in the past who vacated the property with a 30 day notice, but couple months prior to their lease expiration. They promised to pay back the rent for the entire lease period before they left but haven't paid back yet after multiple follow ups. My search on BP for terms such as "Rent Recovery" yielded in no useful results. Google gave me some options such rentrecoveryservice.com and such but I am not sure which is good. TIA
