Because a 2-4 unit property will serve as a forcing function to drive a multifamily deal with "training wheels," so to speak, before moving into larger multifamily deals (where folks should ultimately aim to focus in their bigger strategy, in my opinion). 

The rental is our old primary with FHA MIP still on it, though we're about $3,346.07 away from paying down to 78% of the original purchase price when my loan servicing company will have to legally remove $123/mo MIP payment. 

Service company says one of the tenants, a 90-year-old man, insisted on trying to move it himself and was shoving it and gouged the floor.

However, if they still want maintenance to do the work, they will be charged for the service call. 

The only lead I found was a web page saying "We no longer service any loans.

On so many levels she is not being of service or value to you and your investment.

One of the many positives is that the lot was previously developed and still maintains municipal city service connections.
