I resolved the login issue, but it does appear that I have some payments from a tenant that have not been processed since the 7th into my account. 

"Occasionally" read the meters and resolve any over or under payment on the tenant's next rent payment or move out statement.It's been working well for us - we get tenants paying the utilities, we don't have any sub metering fees, and almost never have to go there to read meters.Good luck!

The title company was on the phone with the mortgage company all day Friday and was hung up on several times and it is still not resolved!

If so, again, going to the state BAR (or even the threat to go to the state BAR) will resolve this issue very, very quickly.

The social issues can easily be resolved by organizing the community and tackling blight (with persistence).
