Certainly you want to know what's happening there anywhere on coastal areas because some homeowners along the coast in our state of S.C. can' t get insurance.I did not find a lot of services, restaurants etc. in the area to support all of the growth.

Even though I could probably buy the lots for $5,000 and build a 3-unit on them, property values probably wouldn't support the build.
