Also file a regular eviction and let the sherriff take care of getting them out if they are not cooperating but you cannot simply kick them out on the street at will.

@Kaden M Jackson rent it by the room. all i do is rent by the room. i have college students and regular people in my rentals. the income generated is well worth any extra work that comes about. i love this strategy. i am happy to help you in any way that i can.

I also think The Book on Negotiating Real Estate by J Scott, Carol Scott, and Mark Ferguson contains a ton of information that is not regularly discussed on RE podcasts, other RE books, or forums, so it has the potential to teach you a ton.
