As @Dev Horn Getting suckered....As PT Barnum said"there is a sucker born every minute"As a business coach I hear people getting taken a lot and I won't mention any names here but they get taken.Pushbutton methods, "done for you" methods, it's amazing to me.I got a coaching request call 6 months ago from somebody who paid $29,000 to a name brand coach, and the poor customer found out that their mentor coach was this "22-year-old kid" reading out of the book in Salt Lake City Utah phone room. And I didn't know what to tell this poor duped, she was so upset. All I can say is, -do you due diligence, and -realize that the promoter that's promoting the REI "red pill" you are not coming get that person as a rei coach.

Ok, so let's address some possibilities one by one to see what is likely. If you found out that there are material defects in the property (which you have) then it is entirely appropriate to ask for some form of "fix" if strategically it makes sense to do so.It is possible that the agent is reluctant to include your request for a price reduction commensurate with the level of damage to the property for a variety of reasons.

I didn't know the buyer was a result of a wholesalers effort, and the buyer won a small reduction from me because no one else was involved in the deal I thought.

I wouldn't be worried about the 5-day inspection period, but that sign makes me scratch my head...if this is a retail flip you have to ask yourself what kind of price reduction that sign will demand.
