And that section, "Business or Rental Use of Home" appears to only apply to business or rental properties that were apportioned separately from the main home / living area.The only real hangup I'm seeing is on Page 14, where it states:  "How Much Is Taxable?

No clue, my guess would be no since they have accepted the return of the deposit, but check with a real estate lawyer in your state because I'm just guessing here.

I am in the process of taking on clients for co-hosting in addition to continuing to self-manage my own portfolio want to get a feel for what folks are charging their clients.I've spoken to a few folks already that manage between 15-30 and I've received feedback that they charge anywhere from 20-30%.For context, I've already decided to charge a percentage of Gross Booking Revenue excluding Cleaning Fee.
