Looking at comps and the quality of the house I believe it could rent for $900-$1,000 a month.

If I were going to live in the house I may pay that amount for top quality.

I have a real estate license which works for my benefit however I would like to relocate with my family somewhere warmer near the ocean with a lower coast of living and enjoy a better quality of life and scale my business.

Nowadays deal flow at that scale is unachievable (at least quality deal flow).

A lot of the rentals I see on craigslist are of lower quality and seem to be asking between $800-1200, does that seem reasonable?
