At any point I want to get a mortgage with a bank the bank would pay off the seller by determining what principle is remaining by looking at the amortization chart.

I have my team enrolled in the following training programs:1) Cardone University (20 minutes a day)2) Acquisitions workshop with Biggerpockets own Sterling White- (1 hour a week we go through cold calling techniques with the VA by which improves their cold calling and handling objections through 13 weeks.3) We also have weekly staff meetings where we go over hurdles that they might have encountered during the week with potential sellers.

Clearly we would have cause given the somewhat subjective violation of the "peaceful enjoyment" clause, but it feels kind of gray without the city citation causing the more objective clause to be violated.Love any perspective our peers can share.

When I had my first listening session I noticed the following mistakes made by my team: they did not follow our script, they did not follow the sellers objections, they are not building rapport with the seller, etc.My plan is to let the team listen to the recorded calls first and see if they can point out their own mistakes themselves.
