Given you have full occupancy thus indicating good demand, I’d start marketing the salon space for a new user/use.The current madness will NOT persist very long given this is not a virus with high double digit fatality rates.The real issue is that your business as saloon isn’t working, so count your blessings and transit to being a landlord instead.

I am not a stock expert but I listen to ppl who know this space.  

Upstairs tenants admit they aren’t “parties,” but sounds like they don’t want any visitors at all at the house.There are shared spaces- front and rear entries and laundry facilities in the basement.

If it is not directly effecting your living space then it will be there waiting for them when they get back.

Here are my thoughts...1) My understanding is that I am able to space out the taxes I owe over three years with this program.

Of course learning from the material presented but most of all quality connections with real estate investors active in the space.
