This was a tough one for me and it's taken almost a year of digging down deep but I've finally nailed down a strategy that I am super excited about...vacation rentals!

I’m going to be 18 soon so I’ve been preparing myself with knowledge of real estate investing and what it’s gonna be lookin like I want to know from seasoned players in the game where I can start taking steps toward to make something happen soon or near future.

I've only had a couple of years away from finance where I managed a musician, but besides that I've worked with people and lending so if anyone needs any advice in that regards i'm happy to assist, and excited to build with this amazing network of doers!

I just started my RE license training through onlineed.com and am very excited.

I am super excited to announce that we got approved for financing yesterday and should be signing our first contract on Friday to purchase a duplex that I had offered to us by our realtor!
