I want those who are involved in this program to give us details on any deals you done using John's hedge fund.

U agree on a purchase price with seller - let the seller know u profit from making it happen, and sign a contract with your profit built in and then assign the contract to the investor u already know this deal works.4No hype to the seller and u only tied property up 5 days if investor walks.Thats just a general overvie with many details left out and I have never done that.

My question is, what are the detailed steps that I will need to take and what forms will I need to fill out to make this happen?

That way I know if the homeowner is open to accepting my offer before I actually write up a Detailed State Specific Purchase and Sales Agreement with all of the State Requirements disclosed, which for a property in Maryland is over 10 pages.
