Ok I've seen this advertise all over the REI community and frankly I'm tired of it. It's just as bad as Nouveau Riche.

All I see is this so called find and fund and from the surface it looks like your typical MLM program just like Riche.

And I have yet to see anyone promoting this saying that they have success in using the funds so here is the deal. I want those who are involved in this program to give us details on any deals you done using John's hedge fund. I don't want to hear how many people you hooked up on this program I want to hear honest to the truth deals you have closed with this program.

So spill it people no more BS I want to hear success stories not sales pitches.
