They are unable to answer questions regarding positions that you do or don't take on a return.The other issue that I have is that it appears that you have to educate your accountant on positions that you are eligible for when it should be the other way around.

I have been speaking a lot with PMLs, specifically the one's that offer 100% financing LTV and LTCMy concern is that they keep asking me for a loan origination cost, which seems like a scam to meFor instance, one offered 100% financing and then once I completed the application, she asked for about $3500 for the loan origination fee.

They should be able to give you a clear answer on what your property taxes should be if you turn it into a rental. again, this is weird to me that they would do that but best to find out direct from the source.

@Gary LeeAs someone who manages a debt fund- the only time we would do something like that would be if the borrower had significant number of other assets with equity and we would also cross collateralize them and get a personal guarantee.If you have little to no net worth then the answer is no.
