You need to sit down with a tax professional and get an education.And maybe an attorney, so you guys have an organization and not a disaster brewing.It all depends on who actually owns the properties.

We can be more effective and efficient by being better organized. 

What's amazing to me is that more landlords aren't ready to organize against this unacceptable abuse of our rights, other than this post you made i've seen a few random mentions here and there in different posts, but almost no landlords are standing up for their rights.
