-Putting out Bandit signs (occasionally investors will call me looking for properties) -Calling other Bandit signs (reaching out to wholesalers/investors and seeing what kind of properties they're looking for) -Putting Ads on Craig's List I've also seen it suggested that you can reach out to landlords by calling "For Rent" signs, but I haven't done it myself.

It seems that Duncan Taylor is dishing out some more tax advice here without the proper license.His statement that one must renounce his/her US citizenship to gain income without paying deferal tax is simply wrong.A qualified and licensed tax advisor will tell you that there are many ways to accomplish what you want.
