It’s a different approach than the one we take, but I think it caters to a similar market slice as other organic/sustainably grown foods (a big segment!).

Go look at property, go pick up materials, organize your equipment (yes, you need tools), go back to property and do work, go home and clean up.

In the seven months since then, mindset has given people the energy to connect with friends and family, to sew masks, to organize food drives, to honor health-care workers, to approach each day with a “how can I help?”

HOWEVER, I would at least get a separate bank account (and matching credit card) that holds only those costs related to RE unless you are SUPER organized and wish to pick out from your statements come tax time (yuk).If you are really interested in moving already owned properties into a new entity, be mindful if you have financing involved. 

But imagine renting  housing from an organization like the SSA, DMV, or Honolulu's permitting department?   

Wanting to get organized early, and stop with spreadsheets and emails to myself. 

I would recommend doing an organic search utilizing facebook or craigslist to find a couple and then vet them and get bids from there.
