Funny thing is she had an agent and they were very organized pay check stubs, reference letters, clean background, etc... but, a professional scam artist. 

I am sitting on lot's of money to invest and am seeing nice houses for great prices again.

Hey guys thanks for all the support I have a property I’m interested in in its a really nice neighborhood borded up in good condition still I looked up the owner and he’s 90 the numbers I got for him we’re off I don’t see any record of death or anything what do I do from here I’m kinda stuck but I really want to know what’s going on with it

(I found some land that would be a good fit)  - $85k seems little to develop a landDo you just purchase a multifamily home and rent it out?

He doesn’t plan to list them and is only looking to cash in on these properties to further develop another property he has.

It was definitely a fixer upper, but had everything you wanted nice yard, neighborhood, and 4 bedrooms.

Develop a relationship with an Agent.

But the property turned out very nice and we are happy with the updated/upgraded systems of the house and should have limited capital expenditures upcoming for a significant amount of time.
