Which is what’s makes me nervous about getting a SF before we get another MF.

I am still a little nervous on my valuations and rehab estimates, and it has kept me sidelined while others make moves ahead of me, but I am working on this.I would love to network with you, and share ideas, strategies, etc, as I don't know anyone or have any mentors that have done this before.

However, what I'm nervous about is HOW to get there.
