I will say, if you pick a bold color, it has to make sense-- don't put it on a 800 sq ft rancher in a rural area, if other houses nearby are picking stronger colors, it will fit in, but if it's the only non-white/grey... it will look odd.

Since this is a sellers markets, prices of houses are at highs, with the addition of people moving out of nyc to nearby areas because of the pandemic, I was wondering if anyone who knows the area thinks it’s still possible to find a good deal that will allow for the incoming rent to pay for the mortgage and expenses?
