Many tenants will provide a "certificate" purchased from a web site but I reject those immediately because a web site is incapable of determining a disability or that a service animal is capable of performing a necessary service.There's far more to it, which is why I recommend you take the easy route and sign up with petscreening.com and let them do the work for you.

It will search for foreclosures with the specifics you want, but I use auction.com and one other website to find foreclosures and I use propertyradar.com to get the current owner's name, their loan balance and the best comp to know the ARV.Per their web-site - Property radar has email/phone number data too Jack?
