To the people on here saying these auctions are 100% legit and "banks only want to sell these properties"  - The banks, brokers, auctions,  and realtors I have dealt with on repos, are some of the most under-handed, unscrupulous people I have ever dealt with in my business life.

However, my opinion that as long as you initially lease the property either personally or an entity you control (LLC, c-corp) and then assign your interest 100% legit.

The appraisal was legit and the property was worth that, this was at the peak of the market, not sure its worth that now and the $26,000 was for all 5 properties together, so that's only about $5,000 per property.
