What is the best software to manage my rentals and notes I am carrying?

I am currently using Excel documents to track rental properties and notes that I am carrying. What is the best software that I can do both with? I have looked into Landlord Max for rentals and Quickbooks for owner carry deals, but was kinda wanting something that does both in one software platform. Any suggestions?
