Ups store types are the best for a couple reasons. 1) mail 2) they typically have on staff notary and with their copy service you can meet the seller sign docs notorized them and give copies.

To resell the property, the mortgage company frequently needs to invest money in clean up and repairs, and they need to pay staff to manage and maintain the property as well.
