I have different scripts for different situations: high volume screening, full detailed analysis with CRM, and also highly distressed like pre-foreclosure6.

We own a commercial laundromat and have to clean our dryers out every 2-3 days, but we’re dealing a much larger volume.

-A few takeaways from my first purchase:-You can obtain financing on a mortgage less than $20K (Fifth Third Bank, Citizens Bank, and Dollar Bank are a few lenders which low volume financing).

You just have to do more volume since your margins are a lot smaller than mine if you're going for listings.
